The Alexander Technique
This is a 30-minute body awareness class. It is designed to help alleviate tension, pain, and stiffness caused by the sedentary lifestyle that has become our new normal. Working from home can have less than optimal work conditions. You add less walking and small repetitive movements leaning over a screen all day and you have a recipe for physical discomfort.

• Participants: up to 4 (they may need to ask questions hence the small class size)
